DELIVERY
Delivery service is currently available in selected areas within Klang, Puchong, Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam and Banting from 9am - 5pm, from Monday to Saturday.
Each delivery slot has a maximum capacity, so place your order well in advance to guarantee the slot you want. Same-day delivery is available if your order is placed before 12pm.
**Not applicable for Online Orders. For online orders, the delivery options are Courier Service (2-4 business days), Lalamove / Grab Delivery (within the same day), or Truck Delivery (1-3 business days). Each option does come with a certain delivery charge.
我们乐于为顾客提供送货服务。送货服务指定地区于巴生，蒲种，莎阿南和万津；时间是每周一至周六上午9点至下午5点，如果您的订单在中午12点之前下达，则可以当天交货。
**不适用于在线订单。对于在线订单，送货选项包括快递服务（2-4 个工作日）、Lalamove / Grab 送货服务（当天内）或卡车送货服务（1-3 个工作日）。每个选项都需要支付一定的运费。
ONLINE SHOPPING & DELIVERY
Alternatively, you may place order from our other e-commerce platforms which are Shopee, Lazada, GrabMart and PandaMart.
Orders from Shopee & Lazada will be delivered by the third-party logistics companies including Shopee Xpress, J&T Express, DHL eCommerce, Poslaju or LEX MY with minimum shipping fees.
For GrabMart and PandaMart, the grocery delivery service is available for customers located within 10km from our store location.
您也可以从我们其他的电子商务平台例如Shopee，GrabMart或PandaMart下订单。
Shopee和Lazada 的订单将由物流公司（Shopee Xpress / J&T Express / DHL eCommerce / Poslaju / LEX MY）负责运送。至于GrabMart和PandaMart，距离我们商店10公里以内的客户可以使用它们的送货服务。

PACKING FOR CHARITY & CSR
H&S Grocery has been working with non-profit organisations and is highly involved in a few corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects to ease the burden of those affected by the pandemic.
We provide packing service of grocery donation bags which include cooking oil, flour, sugar, rice, beans, noodles, canned foods and ikan bilis with no extra charge.
In addition, we offer very competitive price for these food items in view of the current difficulties faced by the community.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Different items may have different return policies determined by the manufacturers. If you would like to return or exchange the unused items to another choice of yours, please make sure the items are returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, with the original receipt/ invoice attached.
Items which have been opened or used are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please contact our Store Manager for further assistance.
