🍅Cooking Instructions / 煮法🍅 
👉🏼 把2包汤包 ( 请勿拆开砂袋 ),加入2800ml 清水。 
Place 2 packets of soup spices (don’t open the herb pack) into a cooking pot, add 2800ml of water.
👉🏼 再加入8粒黑蒜头,1/1.5kg肉, 3汤匙黑酱油, 3汤匙酱油(生抽)用大火煮沸至15分钟。
Add 8 pieces of black garlic, 1/1.5kg of meat, 3 spoonful (soup spoon) of soy sauce, 3 spoonful (soup spoon) of light soy source, and bring it to boil with high heat for 15min. 
👉🏼 然后转至中火,,加入适量盐, 煮约1小时 , 即可趁热食用。
Turn into medium heat, add some salt, and let it simmer for an hour before serving.
